摘要 (Abstract):

The Research School of Physics and Engineering at the Australian National University is home for the largest university-based research activity in Australia with 10 research departments. In this talk, I will summarise some of the research activities and national facilities at our School, and highlight some of my own interests in Optics and Photonics, particularly in optical metrology and sensing. Our education programs are underpinned by our world-class research, and students are taught by academics with prominent international profiles. I will present both undergraduate and postgraduate study opportunities available to international students in Physics at the Australian National University.
