摘要 (Abstract):
The recent detection of extraterrestrial high-energy neutrino flux ( ∼ 10 TeV to a few PeV) by the IceCube Collaboration marks the beginning of high-energy neutrino astrophysics. One of the key questions in this field is the origin of high-energy neutrinos. In this talk, I will summarize the information we have learned from the observations on neutrinos, together with observations of cosmic rays and gamma-rays, and discuss their indications on the origin of neutrinos. In particular, I will present our recent results on possible astrophysical sources of the neutrinos, including predictions for future observations from IceCube, CTA, and LHAASO.
主讲人简介 (Speaker's CV):
Dr. Haoning He got her PhD from Department of Astronomy, Nanjing University in 2012. She started to work in Purple Mountain Observatory from June, 2012. She was a postdoctoral researcher in University California, Los Angeles (UCLA) from March, 2014 to September, 2016. Since September, 2016, she is a special postdoctoral researcher in RIKEN, Japan. Her main interests are the origins of high energy neutrinos, high energy gamma-rays and ultra high energy cosmic rays.
